Acceptance of Terms

By using the PendliEndel application, including by logging in or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Application

We provide an application for sports fans, primarily biathlon fans. Our app lets fans predict biathlon competition results and compete with each other. See the Manual for how predictions and scoring work.

Accounts and Sign In

You sign in using a third-party provider (currently GitHub or Google). We do not collect or store your password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that third-party account, for providing accurate account information, and for all predictions submitted under your account. You may delete your account at any time from account settings; this is permanent and cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

Content Ownership and Licensing

By using our application, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your predictions solely for the purpose of providing our application to you and other users (e.g., on leaderboards and results pages).

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability

Our application is provided "as is" without any warranties. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our application.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through our application.
